This research is of a qualitative, developmental, interpretive and inductive type that has been conducted with a mixed approach using two methods: systematic review and content analysis. The statistical population of the study, in the systematic review approach of related studies conducted domestically and internationally, and in the thematic analysis section, consists of seven academic experts and participants who are themselves active in innovative factories and were selected through a purposeful method. After selecting the participants, the research questions were answered through semi-structured interviews. After reviewing and analyzing the interviews obtained, a total of 315 descriptive codes (initial) were classified into 70 primary themes, 19 organizing themes, and 6 comprehensive themes. Thus, the resources and capacities dimension includes: the capability of the factory founding institution, the capability of the factory operating institution, the hard infrastructure of the factory, the expertise of the factory management team, the second dimension, functional processes the cooperation and delegation model of the established components; the third dimension, technology development and innovation, and resource attraction, and finally, the sixth dimension, effectiveness in the ecosystem including; good work performance and problem-centeredness. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و دسته‌بندی مهم‌ترین و مؤثرترین شاخص‌ها عملکردی شرکت­های نوآور در زیست بوم نوآوری ایران، متناسب با شرایط ایران می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی، توسعه‏ای، تفسیری و استقرایی است که با رویکرد ترکیبی با استفاد از دو روش مرور نظام­مند و تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در رویکرد مرور نظام­مند مطالعات مرتبط صورت گرفته در داخل و خارجی و در بخش تحلیل مضمون هفت نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مشارکت­کنندگانی که خود در شرکت­های نوآور مشغول به فعالیت هستند، بوده­اند و به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند، تشکیل می­دهد. بعد از انتخاب مشارکت­کنندگان از طریق مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختاریافته به سوالات پژوهش پاسخ داده شد. پس از بررسی و تحلیل مصاحبه های بدست آمده، در مجموع 315 کد توصیفی (اولیه) در 70 مضمون اولیه، 19 مضمون سازمان­دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگیر طبقه­بندی شد. بدین ترتیب بعد منابع و ظرفیت­ها شامل: توانمندی نهاد موسس شرکت، توانمندی نهاد بهره بردار شرکت، زیرساخت سخت شرکت، کیفیت زیرساخت سخت، تخصص تیم راهبری شرکت و تخصص تیم منتورینگ شرکت، بعد دوم، فرایندهای عملکردی شامل؛ زیرساخت­های نرم اجزای مستقر، زیرساخت­های نرم مدیریت کلان شرکت، مدل همکاری و واگذاری اجزای مستقر، بعد سوم، توسعه فناوری و نوآوری شامل؛ عملکرد شتاب­دهنده­های مستقر، عملکرد فضاهای کار اشتراکی مستقر، عملکرد سایر اجزای مستقر، بعد چهارم، عوامل چابک ساز شامل؛ عملکرد مالی و درآمدی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل مدیریتی، بعد پنجم، شبکه و قدرت تعاملی و شبکه‌سازی و جذب منابع و در آخر، بعد ششم، اثربخشی در زیست بوم شامل؛ حسن انجام کار و مساله محوری می­شود. https://innoeco.usb.ac.ir/article_9962_ccf7a49da9e81b3bd973d37335d8cb31.pdf
