Abstract

In today's world, information technology has made it possible to make information useful and efficient. Cloud computing is a new paradigm that can provide the infrastructure needed to help institutions run applications as a proper service through a web browser on the Internet. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and institutional pressure on the tendency towards cloud services with respect to the role of trust mediator in companies based in Sistan and Baluchestan Science and Technology Park. The statistical population of this research is all managers and IT managers of companies based in Sistan and Baluchestan Science and Technology Park (39 companies) with 78 people. Due to the limited statistical population, sampling was not performed and the entire statistical society was selected as a sample. In terms of purpose, the research is essentially a descriptive and correlational survey in terms of its nature and method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire of 27 questions that its reliability was verified through Cronbach's alpha and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. The results of path analysis model and structural equations with Smart PLS software show that trust and its dimensions (organizational trust and IT trust) play the role of mediator in the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and institutional pressure on the desire to use cloud services. Also, organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on the reliability of IT.
