Abstract

Organizations face global challenges due to changing business environments. Striving for competition and sustainability has led to the recognition of the efficient use of information and communication technology as a critical factor for survival and profitability in a knowledge-based economy. That's why managing company technology and developing its tools is very important. In this research, identifying the effective factors on the development of the application of technology management tools in emerging knowledge companies has been presented, which provides meaningful concepts for relevant managers and practitioners who can help to grow knowledge companies. In this study, a questionnaire was used and exploratory factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Based on the results, it can be said that focusing on R & D sector with factor load of 0.976, utilization of specialized networks with factor load of .975, providing services in specialized fields such as Bio, Nano with factor load of 0.958, belief and acceptance of new technology and technologies with factor load 0.912 and the technical and specialized ability with a factor of 0.901 are the most effective factors for the development of technology management tools in the knowledge-based startup companies.
