Stabilizing communication between the elements of the technology ecosystem and innovation by artificial intelligence

Abstract

The effective interaction between university and industry is important because of its effective role in economic development. In the current state of the country's economy, this interaction can be one of the ways to get out of the oil-based economy, strengthen the knowledge-based economy and increase productivity. In this article, firstly the communication model between industry and university is presented with emphasis on the role of chambers of commerce, and in the continuation of the development of the presented model, the relationship between the elements of the technology and innovation ecosystem has been discussed. Since chambers of commerce can play a facilitating role to reduce the risk of this interaction and strengthen it, and also following the suggested model of interaction between industry and university, which is based on Bob Hudson's model, Kerman Chamber, as the parliament of the private sector of the province, started a system Smart, based on artificial intelligence, has proposed a system to create a connection between the elements of the technology and innovation ecosystem. As mentioned in this article, the main purpose of creating this system is to create bilateral or multilateral communication between the elements of the technology and innovation ecosystem. Considering that this system is a knowledge-based product to strengthen the technology and knowledge-based ecosystem, other institutions that play a role in the country's ecosystem can also benefit from the facilities and capabilities of this system so that they can play the role of facilitating the interaction between its elements.
