Abstract

Commercialization is actually the process of converting technology and new findings into successful commercial products and services for offering in the market of goods and services. This plays an important role in the success of companies and their profitability. Therefore, examining the factors affecting the commercialization of products plays an important role for business managers. For this reason, this study examines the challenges of commercializing products of companies located in the Science and Technology Park of Sistan and Baluchestan Province (Zahedan) with an emphasis on the role of marketing. This study was conducted in the fall of 1403. To extract the factors affecting the commercialization of companies' products, private interviews were first conducted with ten managers of companies located in the park. Based on these interviews, it was determined that the most important factors affecting the commercialization of companies include laws and regulations, economic and technological factors, financial factors related to companies, and marketing components, among the most important factors affecting the commercialization of products in the Zahedan Technology Park. Based on the results obtained, marketing and marketing methods have had a positive and significant effect on the commercialization of companies' products. The impact coefficient of this factor is 0.258, which has a higher impact coefficient than other factors.
