The purpose of this study is to prioritize and present the commercialization model of products of companies and technology units located in the growth center of Iranshahr University. The data collection tool in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire that Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability of the questionnaire and the opinions of academic experts were used to assess the validity. The population of the study is companies and technology units located in the growth center of Iranshahr University and sampling was done by purposeful and accessible method, finally 51 questionnaires were returned. Analysis was performed using Smart pls and Spss software. In this study, 5 components and 24 index were identified as effective factors on the commercialization of products of companies and technology units of the growth center, which are 2 indicators, namely cohesive communication and cooperation of companies located in growth centers and support index. Media from companies based in growth centers were removed from the value of 0.3 due to their lower operating load. The results showed that the component of support infrastructure in the first place and then the technical characteristics and competitors in the next ranks, respectively, as the most important components affecting the commercialization of companies' products and Technology units of the Provincial University Growth Center were identified.
