The aim of this study is investigating the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on product innovation in Kashi Firouzeh Mashhad Company. The research is based on the applied goal and in terms of the descriptive-correlation research method. The statistical population of the research is 350 employees of Kashi Firouzeh Mashhad Company. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula and by non-random sampling method available to 184 people. The tool for collecting information in this research is the standard questionnaire of Han and Zhang (2021), which was used to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire from Cronbach's alpha and for the validity of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and the obtained values indicate the confirmation of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Also, data analysis was done using the structural equation model method and using spss23 software. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on learning orientation, collaborative flexibility and product innovation in Kashi Firouzeh Mashhad; Learning orientation has a positive and significant effect on collaborative flexibility and product innovation in Mashhad Kashi Firouzeh Tile Company; Collaborative flexibility has a positive and significant effect on product innovation in Kashi Firouze Mashhad company, and resource flexibility moderates the effect of collaborative flexibility on product innovation in Kashi Firouze Mashhad company. Innovation is an important factor in the organization that all resources and factors are at its service so that the organization achieves the prospect of success by producing innovative products and services.
