In today's complex world, organizational knowledge is rapidly becoming the core competitive advantage of organizations. Paying attention to knowledge management and supporting it creates favorable conditions for any organization: in addition to having continuous support in a complex competitive environment, it can steal the lead from others and be a leader in various fields of activity. Organizational knowledge, in the rapidly evolving contemporary world, is a good opportunity for organizations that know and manage it in nature, and at the same time is a serious threat to organizations that pay little attention to environmental developments and do not know it.The purpose of the present study was to integrate Islamic knowledge management strategies and processes to promote creativity and organizational performance among employees and managers in Golestan National Bank branches. The research method used is descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees of Melli Bank branches with 800 persons. The statistical sample was proportional to the population of the population using the Morgan table of 260 people and the sampling method was simple. The research data were collected by library and field method and the standard questionnaires were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by the Cronbach's method and the validity of the instrument by the content method. Also, structural equation method using smart pls software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the integration of Islamic knowledge management strategies and the processes of promoting creativity and organizational performance among employees and managers in the branches of Melli Bank of Golestan province
